For COVID-19 testing or vaccine questions, symptoms, exposures or return to work/school letter – contact the clinic at 258-4517 and ask for a COVID Call Back. An RN or Nurse Practitioner will return your call. Please confirm the correct telephone number, and ensure voice mail is set up and accessible.
The clinic COVID-19 Testing Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday mornings by appointment.
Thursday afternoon, by appointment.
The clinic COVID-19 Vaccine Schedule:
Monday afternoon: 12-17 year olds
Tuesday afternoon: 5-11 year olds
Wednesday afternoon: Adults 18+
Thursday morning: DRIVE Thru 9am to noon – Adults 18+
Friday afternoon: 12-17 year olds

The Spokane Tribes Emergency Management Department is happy to inform the Tribe that access to free COVID-19 individual rapid antigen tests are accessible through the United States Postal Service.
