Spokane Tribal Emergency Services (Ambulance & Fire Department) provide 24/7 EMS Staff to respond to Emergency Calls for service on and near the Reservation. The Ambulance department averages around 600 calls for service per year with 60% or more resulting in actual transports to area hospitals or clinic.

The Volunteer Fire Department provides Structure Protection as well as responds when needed with the Ambulance Department or other agencies such as Fire Management during fire seasons.

These Departments are always looking for volunteers to assist the full time staff whether it be for Ambulance or Fire.
