Spokane Tribe Vocational Rehabilitation Program (STVRP) operates out of two offices, one in Wellpinit (HHS building) and one in Spokane (Spokane Tribe Indiana building). Hours of operation at the Spokane office vary.
In home assessments of eligibility may be made by appointment.

STVRP’s vision is for American Indians and Alaskan Natives who are living with disabilities and residing on or near Spokane Tribe Indian Reservation to thrive and live self-sufficiently.
Spokane Tribe Vocational Rehabilitation Program Mission Statement:
STVRP reaches its vision by providing quality Vocational Rehabilitation Services to eligible participants in a timely manner, empowering participants to achieve maximum employability and economic independence. STVRP gives highest consideration for and integrates the following values to complete its mission:

Eligibility requirements include the following:
- Must be a member of a U.S. federally recognized American or Alaskan tribe
- Must live in Ferry (WA), Lincoln (WA), Pend Oreille (WA), Spokane (WA), Stevens (WA), or Kootenai (ID) county.
- Must have a verifiable disability that makes it difficult to get or keep a job.
