The SPOKANE TRIBE OF INDIANS (Spokane Tribe, STOI, Tribe) is requesting bids from reasonable, responsive, responsible, vendors with the ability to provide New Fencing at the Spokane Tribal TANF building in Spokane, WA.

Contractor must follow Davis-Bacon 2023 approved pay rates.

New Fence:

• 12 ft. tall Ornamental black Iron fencing around entire 477 complex
• 2 gates in the front of the building parking lot entrances
  • Time set open and close system for gates (solar operated)
    • Can be self-opened if needed
  • 1 gate in the back of the building entrance
    • Bar Code Reader for gate entry/exit

Fencing Specifications:

• Contractor shall schedule a time to come to Spokane Tribe 477 to take measurements for a written estimate.

There is a portion of the fence that is a tight squeeze between our motor pool fencing and Lowe’s fencing. Our Ornamental fence must be put up between the two fences. We will discuss what the best option is on how to get this done. Costs for any extra labor needs to be added on the quote.

ALL REQUIRED PERMITS FOR WORK WILL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPOSIBILITY TO OBTAIN AND FOLLOW
