Job Summary
Mistequa Casino Hotel offers a variety of gaming machines available for the many guests that visit us regularly to enjoy. We are proud to feature many of the newest titles on our gaming floor. Plus, our gaming machines run many denominations, from penny games to $5 machines.
Mistequa has an opening for a Slot Attendant. If you are proactive and like to identify problems and issues with electronic devices, this may be the perfect position for you! In addition to having the ability to repair and maintain video player terminals, this position requires a people-person, as the Slot Attendant is also responsible for assisting all guests’ needs. This includes ensuring that the casino environment is clean, pleasant and safe.
Duties
Some additional duties include:
- Prepare and submit the required tax forms when jackpots are won.
- Ensure that the player terminals have ample tickets to keep the machines in constant operation.
- May be required to assist with office work on occasion
- Must stay up to date on all promotional events so that that information can be readily shared with customers.
- Be a Team Player – this position requires working with a variety of Team Members to ensure that the customer’s visit is 100% satisfactory. The Team Members include those from Food and Beverage, the Cage, Marketing, IT and Administration.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including being able to move around effectively and efficiently as well as working where there may be conditions of extreme urgency.
This job requires that the employee can walk and stand for long periods of time. While working on machines, there may be a need to stoop, bend, crouch, reach, and/or crawl. On a regular basis the employee is required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. On rare occasions, they may have to lift up to 50 pounds. Mistequa Casino is open 365 days per year with hours ranging from 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM (depending on the day of the week). Slot Attendants are required to work their regular shift during these hours.

Mistequa Casino Hotel offers excellent benefits. The starting pay for this position is $16.66 per hour plus tips. Benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, vision, dental and life insurance, 401K, and many employee discounts and perks. The position requires working in person.
Selected candidates must be able to obtain a gaming license that includes a background check and UA testing (not THC). This requires that the employee be at least 18 years of age and have ID and social security card.
