The Spokane Tribe of Indians Water & Fish Program is seeking bids from reasonable, responsive, responsible, qualified, persons possessing the ability to construct and install one 30’ x 60’ Greenhouse, three 30’ x 90’ hoop houses, and an in-ground water cistern with pump for the Spokane Tribe of Indians. Must be completed not later than 6/30/2025.

Scope of Work
Plant Nursery Scope of Work:
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, and supervision necessary to construct all structures included in the bid and to install all electrical, gas lines, plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation, and irrigation systems.
- The work shall include but shall not be limited to the following
- Greenhouse Specs:
- Main Structure:
- Size: 30 feet wide x 60 feet long
- Covering: 8mm clear twinwall polycarbonate on the roof, sidewalls, and endwalls.
- Structure should be able to withstand a snow load of 50 pounds per square foot.
- 1 man door and 1 eight-foot-wide sliding or rolling door.
- Gravel floor for entire structure
- Environmental Controller:
- Environmental controller(s) must be able to control all ventilation, heating, cooling, and shade cover……
