CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The purpose of this scope of work (SOW) is to provide contract management services (CMS) and Engineering Support During Construction of the partial recirculating aquaculture system at the Spokane Tribal Fish Hatchery. The PRAS includes the following major components:
- Installation of an in-ground concrete vault to house houses the following
equipment:
− Drum Filter
− Space for a biofilter
− Aeration/CO2 Stripping Basin
− Low Head Oxygenator (LHO)
− Pumps with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- UV Reactors for disinfection
- Electrical systems to support the reuse equipment
- SCADA additions for pump control based on water levels in the reuse sump
- Alarms for low/high water conditions
- Headbox program logical control (PLC) monitoring system to control the hatchery water supply pump station
Project Assumptions:
1. Virtual meeting will take place using Microsoft Teams or Zoom
- Duration of project is anticipated to be 12 months with construction taking 10 months
The Scope of Work should address the following tasks:
- Project Management
- Construction Management Services
- Engineering Support During Construction
- Record Drawings
Project Management:
This work consists of providing the management and staff needed to plan, organize, direct, supervise, control, and coordinate the administrative aspects of the Project. Work tasks include invoicing, preparation of progress reports that summarize the tasks completed over the invoice period (i.e., a list of the submittals reviewed, a list of the request for information (RFI)s prepared, etc.), contract administration, accounting, personnel administration, and document and drawing control administration necessary to complete the Project.
