Role and Responsibilities
1. Demonstrated expertise in vegetable canning techniques, including knowledge of safe canning
practices and procedures.
2. Experience in teaching or instructing others in food preservation methods, specifically
vegetable canning.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines related to canning and preserving
vegetables.
4. Strong communication and instructional skills to effectively convey canning techniques and
procedures to students.
5. Patience and the ability to provide guidance and support to learners of varying skill levels.
6. A background in nutrition, food science, culinary arts, or a related field may be beneficial.
