Promotes the Players Club daily, assists each customer through the membership process.

Maintain a working knowledge of our database system to perform duties with the promotional tracking system.

Responsible for inputting customer data into promotional tracking system.

Responsible for keeping accurate and thorough departmental records and reports.

Responsible for maintaining knowledge of all casino programs, promotions and all elements of casino games.

Responsible for maintaining highest level of customer service to all customers at all times.

Responsible for maintaining a positive and productive attitude at all times with customers and fellow team members.

Promote all marketing events, in house promotions and other announcements as needed over the microphone system on a daily basis.

Responsible for strictly adhering to all organizational policies and procedures at all times.

Must be able to work a multi-line telephone and intercom system.

Will assist Marketing Director and Players Club Supervisor with special projects as needed on and off property.

Responsible for the development of current and future promotions.

Responsible for developing the rules of each promotion.

Responsible for submitting rules of each promotion to the Tribal Gaming for their approval. Rules must be submitted at least 30 days prior to promotions.

All promotion rules shell be posted in the Player’s Club Events Book and distributed to all departments prior to the start of promotions.

Minimum travel will be required.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record, come to work with a smile and commitment to customer service.

Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which may include holidays and weekends.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully; positive attitude, out-going personality, common sense and the drive to execute outstanding customer service on a daily basis is required. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to operate computers, printers, multi-line telephone and in-house microphone. Must be able to work within a team.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The Employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The Employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, lift and/or move up to ten pounds.
The casino floor is a smoking environment. The noise level is usually moderate to loud.
