Position Summary:
This position is for the Summer Concert Series which will be held every Saturday in the summer of 2012. The Beer Garden Server will greet and serve beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner and according to Two Rivers Resort standards. The Beer Garden Server will help set up and take down the beer garden as well as check guests for proper identification. The server will manage the method of payment and serve alcohol according to State, Federal and Tribal regulations. The goal is to provide a safe and secure environment while also making the setting fun and entertaining for all guests and visitors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service at all times
- Serves Beer to customers in accordance to state, federal and tribal regulations
- Set up and take down of the beer garden
- Check IDs to ensure that the customers are proper age to consume alcohol
- Ensures that they do not over serve any customers
- Other duties as assigned
Other Requirements:
- Candidate must be committed to work on these specific Saturday’s:
- 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18, 8/25, 9/1
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
- Candidate must obtain a ServSafe Alcohol Certification before starting work
- First Aid or EMT Certification preferred
- Candidate must be able to work well with other employees and customers
- Candidate must possess great communication skills, both verbal and written, along with the ability to deal effectively with people in a multifaceted work environment
